Very thankful for Eldad and team, they fit me in last minute in their busy day for a consult and repair for a garage door that had collapsed on us in our home. This was our second time calling for their service- the first in which he had installed a motor and arms for our remote gate into our home. Fast service, and very knowledagable. I was explained why and how my motor works and what each individual part does so I can understand what I’m putting my money into or when this part needs a repair/ when it needs replacement. When I was desperate for help with door that would not go up or down, Summit answered phone on Saturday evening. They have continued to be very responsive on the phone!! The guy who installed my door will come out, but if anything doesn't work out, I will call Summit immediately.
